Please complete the form to request deletion. Identity verification is required. Deletion is irreversible, and all data will be removed.

We will contact you via the phone number provided to confirm the request.
•  Full Name: Enter the number in the format: '+[country code][phone number]' (e.g., +34 555 123 456).
•  Phone Number: Enter the number in the format: '+[country code][phone number]' (e.g., +34 555 123 456).
•  Reason for Deletion (Optional): Let us know why you are deleting your account.
•  Confirmation: Confirm that you wish to delete your account and understand this action cannot be undone.
•  Phone Verification Consent: Consent to receive an SMS for verification.

After submitting, you will receive an SMS. Reply with: DELETE VIRGL ACCOUNT.

Our team will verify and proceed with the deletion.

Data Deletion Details

We will contact you via the phone number provided to confirm the request.
•  Deleted Data: All personal data, including profile, activity, and preferences, will be removed.
•  Retained Data: Financial and contractual data, including data retained by third-party services like Stripe, may be kept for up to 30 days for compliance.

Retention Period

It may take up to 30 days to fully delete your data. During this time, your account will be deactivated.
